MAKING A PURCHASE
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogs, click on any items that you GOTTA HAVE and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on the "Checkout" button and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept credit card payments.
BATTERY/CORE CHARGE
Due to shipping regulations, batteries are shipped dry. (No acid)
Core charge may be applied to engine assemblies, crankshafts, and cylinders.
REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
No returns on Electrical Parts, Decals, Marks, or Emblems.
All other returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
All returns must be in original packaging.
All returns must have a return authorization #.
Oversized boxes will cost more to ship. We will contact you if the shipment cost has changed.
ORDER/CANCELLATION POLICY
Please be sure you want something before you order it! In the unfortunate event that you have to cancel your order with us or change an item after your order has been placed, please be aware that in some situations an item has to be ordered from our distributors. Once your item has been processed and shipped to us from the manufacturer or distributor, there is no stopping it!! The cancellation of an item or order at this point will be subject to the above return policy. Post-order size changes will be subject to the appropriate exchange fee.
DELIVERY SCHEDULE
We process your order right away. We will normally send your order to you within the time frame specified for each item as you place an item in your cart. For Will Call orders, you will be notified when your order is ready for pickup.
BACKORDERS
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will be notified via Email in 1-2 days if your item is on backorder. You will have the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
PRICE CHANGES
Prices are subject to change due to interchanged part numbers. If this happens, we will contact you before shipping. Oversized boxes will cost more to ship. Prices are subject to change without notice, in the event of a price increase we will contact you before placing your order.
TAX CHARGES
For orders made from within the United States, sales tax will be applied to all in-state orders. All other orders are tax-free.
CREDIT CARD SECURITY
We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 256-bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any website.

IMPORTANT NOTICE TO FREIGHT ORDERS
Please be sure to inspect the shipment for damage before signing for it. If there is noticeable damage to the box, please inspect the part for damage as well.
If your part(s) is/are damaged, you must refuse the delivery and contact us immediately. By signing for the shipment, you are agreeing that it was delivered in good condition, therefore no damage claim can be filed with the carrier.
Once the shipment is signed for, you are liable for any damage to the parts, so please be sure that your shipment has arrived in good condition before signing for it. If your delivery is being shipped to a commercial address, please be sure that any employee that could sign for it knows this information as well and either contacts you when the shipment comes in, or inspects it for damage before signing any paperwork.
**LIFT GATE NOTE** If you should require a lift gate, the customer is responsible for the charges. These charges start at USD 90.00 from FedEx and you will get a bill in the mail from FedEx, after using this option.
